Selection Process


Candidates apply for the position(s) that they are interested in and qualified for. They will receive immediate notification once the application is complete. Our Talent Acquisition Team reviews applications and contacts those who best match the qualifications needed for the position. Some positions may require completion of an assessment. If this applies to the position you applied for, you will be notified. The candidate that provides the best organizational fit will be contacted to move forward in the process.


Our interview process can include a combination of both phone and in-office interviews. If you are selected for an interview, we will select a day and time that works best for you and our Hiring Managers. For in-office interviews, we will also provide you with the location of the interview and any additional pertinent information.

New Hire

If you receive a job offer, the new hire process will begin immediately and will include:

  • Completion of I-9 forms and presentation of documentation to verify your eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Complete a pre-employment drug screen.
  • ACA will initiate and complete a criminal background check.
  • For certain positions, additional pre-employment checks may be required prior to your start date.
  • Based on the position you may receive a combination of classroom and on the job training.
